Equilibrium Café is a plant-based brunch restaurant located in Eixample neighbourhood in Barcelona. 100% of the menu is inspired on classic dishes improvised and hand written by David Wicks, an english Vegan chef. There is a wide variety of vegan cheeses, fermented foods, healthy options & more indulgent alternatives presented in different and delicious brunch plates.
David commissioned me to create the branding and concept of the Equilibrium Café. Based on a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced, Equilibrium café’s branding has a relaxed, rustic and sustainable personality which transmits the healthy and raw contents of its multiple brunch options.
